In Costa Rica, we operate through our own company, Team Homefront, applying the same standards of excellence in education, market knowledge, and client advocacy within the country’s real estate framework.

We maintain a strong and active presence in Southwest Florida and Costa Rica, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals across Florida and throughout Costa Rica, acting as trusted and strategic advisors.

In Florida, we operate under Hero Real Estate & Co. with a strong focus on serving community heroes through programs such as Homes for Heroes and Hometown Heroes, supported by creative financial solutions provided by our in-house specialists. At the same time, we deliver high-level representation to the general public, working with first-time buyers, experienced buyers, and sellers through high-impact real estate marketing strategies.

In Costa Rica, we work with both local and international clients, specializing in foreign buyers and investors seeking a secure and well-guided transition. Our team provides comprehensive support that includes relocation assistance, legal coordination, cultural guidance, and post-closing support, backed by a trusted network of bilingual professionals.

Our Marketing Solutions division serves as the internal engine that drives seller representation and the strategic growth of Team Homefront. We design and execute market-specific marketing strategies, positioning properties with precision—from condominiums and single-family residences to hospitality operations and tourism-driven projects—ensuring each asset is aligned with the right audience.

Beyond supporting our sellers, this team also empowers and trains our internal agents in Florida and Costa Rica, working in close integration with the sales team to ensure consistency, elevated positioning, and continuous development as an operational standard.
